Lambwolf Collective MONTI Snuffle Ball | Quiz

The biggest in the MONTI range. The Lambwolf MONTI Regular is a 15cm (6") Montessori-inspired snuffle ball built from three flat pieces that fit together to form a sphere — with 8 treat slots, 8 hidden squeakers, and crinkle paper tucked throughout. A substantial enrichment toy for medium and large dogs who prefer a proper-sized ball to work with. The wide open slot design also makes foraging comfortable for flat-faced breeds. Available in Oat and Baby Blue.

Squeak & snuffle.

Built to a higher standard.

All Lambwolf Collective products are made with materials tested to EN71-3 standards and are free from harmful heavy metals. Squeakers and fillings meet the U.S. ASTM F963-17 toy safety standard — the same benchmark applied to children's toys. Dogs can't read labels — but you can. Choose toys that are made to a standard, not just made to a price.

MONTI Regular is the biggest in a three-size Montessori snuffle ball family:

MONTI Mini — the smallest at 10cm (4"), perfect for puppies and toy breeds.
Small MONTI — the middle size at 12cm (5"), suitable for all pet sizes.
MONTI Regular — the biggest at 15cm (6"), best for medium and large dogs.

All three share the same 3-piece disassembly design, 8 slots, 8 squeakers, and crinkle paper.

How It Works

Assemble the three flat pieces to form the MONTI Regular ball. Tuck treats into any of the 8 treat slots around the sphere and hand it to your dog. As they nose and paw at the ball, 8 hidden squeakers and internal crinkle paper reward every investigation. When the session is done, pull the ball apart into its three flat pieces for a quick or thorough clean.

Multi-mode play — nosework, snuffle, squeak, and crinkle all in one toy. Fill every slot for a longer session, or just two or three for a quicker hit of enrichment.
Three-piece disassembly — the ball comes apart into three flat pieces. That's three toys in one ball, and a proper clean between sessions.
Progressive challenge — start with treats in just one or two slots and build up as your dog's confidence grows. Fill all 8 for a full enrichment session.

Air-dried treats work best. They hold their shape inside the slots, don't crumble, and don't grease the fabric. Freeze-dried treats also work well — and if they crumble during play, the MONTI Regular's disassemble-and-wash design means the leftover crumbs aren't a problem. Browse our treats collection for air-dried and freeze-dried options that fit neatly into the 8 slots.

Pull the three pieces apart and machine wash on a gentle cycle with a mild, pet-safe detergent. The flat-piece format means every surface gets cleaned thoroughly — ideal for crumbly treats or post-session maintenance. Air dry fully before reassembling and returning to your dog. Do not tumble dry.

For quick crumb cleanup between sessions, pull the ball apart and give each piece a brush or shake — no full wash needed.
